[fixed] Unregistered & voting on polls.

Shouldn't all unregistered users who go to a poll where I give them the ability to vote be able to vote? I am asking this because I want people to be able to vote with out registering, but after one person does it, it says that you have already voted in this poll...

Not a bug per se but an under sight in the implementation.

Pollvotes are tracked by userid and all guests share the same userid.

I am sure it will be fixed in the next version.
