imported... no memberlist

Imported everthing from PHPBB2, but the memberlist only shows the one vb user, not the imported users. Everything else is fine, ran all counters. Any idea? Thanks

There are two options you need to check to set whether or not members are viewable on memberlist:

1. By usergroup:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit -> Usergroup Options -> Viewable on the Memberlist -> Yes

2. By post count:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Listing & Profile Viewing -> Minimum Posts

Looks like it is because the members are in "Active Imported Users" and "Inactive Imported Users" groups, and not Registered Users. What do I do? What is "inactive"?

This means you did not follow the 'After the Import' instructions here:

You can also simply delete those usergroups, which will move the users to the 'Registered Users' usergroup.
