User "Rank" suggestion

It would be neat to be able to have a more features linked with the # of posts.

Right now # of posts only changes the user's Title.

I suggest a sort of "User Rank" system dependent on the # of posts. Some ideas for settings for each rank:

- can use IMG in signature
- can use an avatar (if not, avatar button not visible in CP)
- can use a custom avatar (pull the option out of the general Options section)
- can use a different set of avatars (yes, this currently can be done on a per-avatar basis, but it's plain silly to administer if you've got 100+ of avatars)
- can set custom user title
- change style

The "rank" can also maybe dependent on how long the user has been registered, number of threads started, etc.

These features would make the program more cumbersome for most systems at this time.

However there are hacks available that allow various portions of this functionality and if they don't exist, someone will make it for you. I also see the user administration system becoming more robust over time. There is a lot you can do in version 2.0 that couldn't be done in 1.1.X so just give it some time.
