Our co. purchased vbulletin through a web hosting co. How long should this take to set up? once its installed how do we access the admin features? Should we allow the web host to also be an admin? The web host bought the license and then invoice it to us, how do we transfer the ownership to our name once this invoice has been paid?

There are no web hosting companies that are official resellers of vBulletin. I hope you haven't been rippoed off. I suggest you contact them about this immediately.

sorry I may have not given enough info. The hosting co. has worked for us in the past and curenttly is hosting one of our web pages. They are currently designing another web page for us and this is where vbulletin is going.

Ok, now I'm confused. I instructed them to buy the vbulletin and configure it to the web page that they are stting up for us. The license is probally going to be in their name, can I change this?

If they buy it, they are the owner of it. Youi still need to contact them about this.
