Simple Import question before I can sign up

Hi

I'm looking to convert from Invision Board 1.2 to the latest version of vBulletin but I have a few questions before I can sign up. I recently moved to a new server and uploaded my Invision 1.2 backup to a new database. I was told that vBulletin has import scripts that can grab the data straight from a database without needing the source forum installed. I was wondering if you had one for Invision Board 1.2 ?

Yes, we do not need the source files and we have importers for IPB 1.x and 2.x
