I am trying to find a message board system that allows our members to upload videos and pictures to their profile for others to view.

Will this software allow my users to do this?

I checked out the profile and didn't see many options...

Admin Control Panel-->Usergroups-->Usergroup Manager-->Registered Users-->Picture Uploading Permissions .Hi

vBulletin doesn't allow you to upload pictures to your Profile, but it does allow you to upload attachments to posts.
Edit: not exactly true. You're allowed to upload one avatar, which will be displayed in your profile, as well as next to all your posts, as well as one profile picture, which will be displayed in your profile.
