Would it be possible to add the forum a feature for people to input their weight and height in order to get their BMI?
I am about to buy this but I can't yet unless I know that the feature is avaiable.

You can use user profile fields to allow people to input weight and height.

You can use the promotion or rank system to give people graphics if they achieve a specific post count, are registered for X days, have a specific amount of reputation points, or a combination of the three.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'dolly in their posts'.

Yes, I understand that there is a profile field. People can put their weight and height in their signature but does the profile field calculate the BMI?
I mean I know that I can use any type of forum to have people to do that.

But I am looking for a feature that can calculate people's bmi for them. For example, everytime they change their weight, they get a new bmi.

It would be trivial to write a Plugin which takes the 2 profile fields, does a calculation, and spits out a value. You can ask over at vBulletin.org for this.
