64bit W2K3 and vBulletin

I'm about to upgrade my dedicated servers and was wondering if anyone is running vB on a 64bit w2K3 IIS6 server.

What version of MySQL and PHP are you using? Any problems?

Anyone using this configuration with Zend Optimizer or Zend Core?

I run on x64 with Server 2003. I have latest mysql 5 version and php 5.1.2. No problems running vbulletin at all.
