We only provide support over the forums and the private ticket system, not over IM services.

Offtopic: What is this /go/customize after vBulletin? Is it just manual redirects you setup?

As long as you know basic HTML you can make vBulletin look like anything you want.

I'm going to stand up for our reputation. I did some checking. You've had a total of 5 support tickets. Here is the response time for the first response in each one:
- 49 minutes
- 13 minutes
- 1 hour 52 minutes
- 35 minutes
- 2 minutes
One ticket took a total of 12 hours to resolve with several respnses. One took about 6 hours. The rest were resolved completely within an hour.
In the future please be careful who's reputation you are smearing. :)

I think he means the support on the forums, not through the ticket system.
Front-Door, A quick check on your profile for posts & threads you have made shows that some posts did take a day or so to get replies, but it wasn't Jesloft mistake either. You were posting in the wrong forums to get support. All your threads were made in:
Graphics & Styles forum: Which is not intended for support. It's description says: 'Come in here to share your latest and greatest graphics, or just to find a new look for your board.'
3.0 'How Do I' Questions: While you should be posting the 3.5 'How Do I' forum, since you must be using vB3.5. The response in that forum for support questions is almost instant.

If I need the answer right away I use the ticket system, if I want to wait and/or get user responses I use the forum. When I have serious issues I use the ticket system. No complaints here.

I was not told if i was posting in the wrong section so i dont see how that can be blamed on me.
