Server's CPU load & memory rising up whet I unsuspend my forum...??

Hi all ;

There are about 10-15 forums (vBulletin) in my server. Currently one of them has been suspended. When I unsuspend it, the server's CPU load and the RAM starting to fulling and rising.. What should be the problem pls hlp ?
