issue: auomatically logged out within 10 minutes

When in the Admin control panel, I'm logged out automatically within 10 minutes. It doesn;t matter if I select "no" in the timeout admin login or select yes and use the cookie timeout option. How can I fix the issue?

Selecting 'no' to the admin timeout setting extends this for one hour. If you are not getting one hour, then this means that you have either modified the vB files or you have a cookie problem on your PC.
