hello,
i confirm that eAccelerator works very nice
But still i have problem with apache childs!
they still not exit themselft sometimes

maybe it's a Apache or PHP bug?
is it good idea to move to Apache 2 and PHP5?

thanks

You should probably report these to the APC bugs list.

http://pecl.php.net/apc

I've never had the problem with APC going terribly wrong.
