Server Load Question...

I have just noticed the above server loads in my control panel home. I only have 4 users online at that point.

I am on shared hosting which i believe is:

:: SuperMicro 1U Rackmounted Server :: Dual Intel Xeon CPU's:: 4GB DDR Memory (ECC Registered) :: 2 x SATA HDD (Hot-Swap Drives - RAID1):: 3Ware Hardware RAID Controller :: 24/7 Server Monitoring

My question is whether that is a high server load for my site?

cpu load is for entire server and all shared sites not just yours.. so yes load is high but it isn't just your site ...

So it could well be another site or sites causing the high load.
