CSV document. The excel file has everything broken down into sheets/tabs at the bottom. Under the w3t_Users tab I have everything from U_loginName to U_password to U_Email all the way to U_profileH All fields are filled out. Is there a way that I can import his into VBULLETIN so that it at least creates the users even if the posts are gone?
I don't have any other way of backing up since the DB from the old forum is dead. There has to be a way to get this Data into my vbulletin??? Help please.

You will not be able to use our Impex import system for this. You can either import from UBB.Threads directly, or if that info is not available then you would need to find someone to write a custom import script for you.
You can try posting in the Service Requests forum at vbulletin.org for help with this.

That's a bummer. That should be an option in vbulletin to have the ability to import using .csv or excel docs. Every accounting program i've ever used has that ability. It makes it very easy to import my existing accounting database. Oh well THanks.

There is that option but it will only import user names, emails and passwords.

vBulletin is forum software not an accounting package though, the relationship to spreadsheet data isn't quite as relevant. There is a CSV importer, which is just for users.
