How would you import your board over to a new server? Install the latest version of Vbulletin on the server and import the old VB forum?
What do people usually do?

Well I was gonna ask the same question. I'm moving to a new host and knows NOTHING about moving databases and all that crap.

If your going from a CPANEL host to a CPANEL host - it is simpole a matter of copying the site. Check with your new host as to the best way to transfer your site.
In short, you dont need to import.
