Okay. The admin team on my site was recently locked out by the "Revolving Login Doors of Doom" bug. We now have no access to the boards and the tech support seems to be a loss.

So, we are left with the solution of doing a fresh install. Is it possible (read: difficult) to do an Impex import of 3.5.3 to 3.5.4?


Keep in mind that we have NO admin access to the old boards so... Thanks for all the help.

No, I havn't. I'll check it out though. Got no support from the Troubleshooting forum and the support ticket staff wont touch me. Alas, such cool mods I have. lol

You can use tools.php to do quiet a few things, sorry about being so brief :)

Ill search the online help docs. I see what it does, but Im unsure as to how exactly to use it.

Tools.php is an emerggency administrative tool that allows you to do quiet a few functions easily without much trouble.

upload tools.php to your admincp folder for the time being and browse to it

yourwebsite.com/forums/admincp/tools.php

Use it to reset your cookie settings, both the folder and the domain.

Now try to login again.

If it works remove tools.php
