Martin is currently working on your ticket, he lives in hawaii so his times online are slightly differnt than most others. He should get to you as soon as he possibly can.

I'm not trying to be rude or pushy but I still have yet to hear anything.

An, "I don't know what the problem is", would be good enough at the moment.
