Backing up posts and threads from one date to present. How can i do that?

My server had a mysql error due to a system shut off during the middle of operations, when i repaired it using vb repair/optimize i have came to notice that one of ym larger forums has been erased. I have a backup fromt he 24th and would like to use that, but put all the new hreads from then to now onto that. how do i do that?

Btw the time period is from the 24th 0:24 till present.

I don't know of any way to do this manually. It is not just 2 tables to restore, there are references to these everywhere. I would strongly suggest against trying to restore individual tables/rows.

You should really just backup the ENTIRE forum. Its hard to just export a specific bit, and import it to another foru,

If you need to move data you should find another way.
