PHP 4.4.2
MySQL 4.1.18 if you're existing server mysql is 4.1.xx
MySQL 4.0.26 if your existing server mysql is 4.0.xx (once imported your database you can upgrade to 4.1.18)
Apache 2.0.55 if no WHM/Cpanel control panel
Apache 1.3.34 if you use WHM/Cpanel control panel

You should really upgrade to at least 4.0.26, MySQL 3 is very outdated and unsupported, MySQL 4.0 has also recently been droped from support but is not nearly as far outdated.

Those servers I listed are my new servers I am going to move my forum to this weekend.
My current server runs that version of MySQL. I am not going to upgrade just to move in a few days.

should be okay moving from old db 3.23.58 to 4.0.26 or 4.1.18 on new server as long as you use mysqldump --opt to backup your 3.23.58 server databases to sql files for import into new server
