Once again my forum has become slow. Not sure what the problems are, but I am moving to yet another more powerful server and I would like to finally have it configured right. Any help you can provide would be great.

1. Is this on dedicated or shared virual server. If shared, how many sites share this server (ask web host if needed)
It is a dedicated server

cpu speed/type single or dual cpus): dual xeon 2.4ghz
how much memory installed: 2 gb ram
hard drive type/configuration: 72GB SCSI non raid
linux distributor or windows version: Windows 2003
apache/IIS version: IIS 6.0
PHP version: php 4.4.2 (http://66.98.196.18/php.php)
MySQL version: mysql 4.0.23
3. if you use mysql 4.x instead of mysql 3.23.x, do you have any innodb type databases/tables on your server ?
Not that I know of.
4. if possible how mysql was compiled/installed
It was installed with the exe
