New Site crashed with more than 2/3 users

Hello, we just upgraded from UBB to vb 1.1.3 with 5100+ Members and 140k+ threads. The Import process went through fine and all threads and members were sucessfully imported.

Now the problem is that the site is slow as hell and with 2 or more users, crashes or gives a 'page not found' error.

I am running IIS 5.0 Win2k Adv Server, php4.02, mysql 3.23.21 beta, vb 1.1.3

Checking winmysqladmin shows, under 'Environment'

30 Slow Queries,
16 Running threads
47 open tables
18 open files
2 open streams
-129 Questions ( this number climbs higher and higher )

Under 'Server' Shows

35 aborted clients and going higher
0 aborted connects
0 created tmp tables
0 delayed insert threads
37 delayed writes
22 delayed errors
2573 key read requests
526878 key reads
14 key write requests
24 key writes
12 max used connections
181 not flushed key blocks ( going higher and higher )
12 not flushed delayed rows.


Any ideas ?
If I have to change any parameters, could someone explain how to do that ?
