Hello VB,
Yesterday I upgraded my system 3.5.2 to 3.5.4
And I have a problem, The problem is That some of the Registerd users cant login, And if they login it sends them to this page

some of the users can login and some cant
what shouled I do VB?.:(

Hi

That looks as if you didn't finish the upgrade.
Go to /install/upgrade.php and make sure to run through all the steps.

No it didn't help I set up every thing uploaded users and mesgges after it(today) it started the problem and some users couldent login for some reason
some of them can some of then cant what shoudled i do?

If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

Next, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

What is the URL to your forums? Do your users have the same problem with the English language pack? It could be a problem with the language translation you are using.

i do not no after my change to the system 3.5.4 this is started the problem


at the momenr that the user not successful to enter to the system

i taker the user this is and name her grouped differently and he refreshed he does and it will workman him
then i request if there is something that updates the users,in order that it is work for everyone one time

That is a highly customized forum. What's the link to your forum using the style with tthe original templates as I suggested in post #7?
