I updated all my forums to vb 3.5.4, and to the latest impex.
I pointed it at my agora forums.
Here is what the first page says:
Import / Export
ImpEx build version : 1.28
Database cleanup & restart (http://usfshwsiis033:8080/impex/help.php) ||| Online manual (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/../docs/html/impex)
Altering tables
ImpEx will now Alter the tables in the vB database to include import id numbers.
This is needed during the import process for maintaining refrences between the tables during an import.If you have large tables (i.e. lots of posts) this can take some time. They will also be left after the import if you need to link back to the origional vB userid.

Possiablly custom tables or incorrect prefix :
onlinevirusdiscussionforum_log NOT found.
If you have all red tables, i.e. none correct this could possible be your table prefix :

The agora prefixed tables I believe are an empty forum, like an example forum that came with it.
So I continued on...
The user import went fine.
Then we come to another odd problem.
It goes to import forums, but says 0 when it is done.
There is definitely one forum there.
So ok, fine, I continue.
It claims to import 468 threads...but to where?
It claims to import 863 posts...but again to where?
I can't and don't need to import attachments, since there shouldn't be any and there isn't an attachment table.
So now what? I don't see the new forum, and I have no idea where those threads and posts went.
Anyone have any ideas?
