[fixed] Ban by moderator lists multiple groups

The Users groups and permissions lists several 'banned by moderator' groups... See attachment

Were these users banned after you upgraded to v2.0 final or could they have been banned in a previous beta/RC when I know the bug was present (and may still be).

One definitely after (but maybe more) the upgrade, and he is in the group where 1 user is in....

It seems that he makes a new usergroup for each moderator or something...

Yeah got the same problem..

would be nice if you could see wich moderator banned someone
