Not sure if this is the correct forum, pls move if that is the case. Hoping that this might clear some questions for people unsure on the payment process though.
Just wanted to say I was impressed by the order system and how quickly my order was processed. I was originally confused as to which processor to go through, and similar to most potential buyers was trying to figure out the fastest way to obtain vb. I considered Paypal as it had been mentioned that this method would be quick, but my understanding was that funds would have to be transferred into a paypal account first, and I couldn't find any info on how long paypal floats these funds.
I ended up paying through Metacharge, using a bank debit card with one of the major CC logos. As it was not a credit card, I was unsure as to whether the purchase would be classified as an e-check or direct ACH withdrawal. Metacharge (if you go to their site) will process debit cards, although the vb order forms make it look as if your card has to be a credit card to go through.
After placing my order, I received the confirmation email from vb for the order placement, an email for product download, and an email from Metacharge acknowledging the transaction had been processed. All 3 arrived pretty much instantaneously, and I was able to get to work on the actual forum (downloading, uploading to server, customizing, etc) within mere minutes.
