How difficult is it to migrate from XMB to Vbulletin

I'm trying to persuade one of the clubs I am a member of to migrate from XMB to vBulletin, the stumbling block is the amount of time they feel the web team will spend doing this. Has anyone got first hand experience of doing so?? if so was it difficult and how many problems were there??

I dont personally have any experience with xmb. I do however imported a vBulletin into a vBulletin and that went rather smoothly :). You will want to do at least one test run before the actual thing just to be on the safe side.
I did not find it very difficult (you will need the instructions though :p) and I didnt encounter any problems at the time.
