Can I install Vbulletin in my root directory? I currently have my Invision board installed in mydomain.com/forum but would like to install VB in mydomain.com root directory. Any problems with that?

Also is there an upgrade path (reduced rate) to convert from leased to owned license? I couldn't find anything about it on the "pricing" link.

Thanks! I plan on ordering this within the next 24 hours and importing my large Invision board database.

I think you can. Just upload the vB files to the root area, and run the install script.

Yes, you can install it into the root directory.

As for upgrading a license from leased to owned, you can do that through the member's area. If you upgrade it within 30 days of purchase, it will be an additional $85. If you do it after 30 days, it's full price ($160). It's just a matter of paying for it, and it's done automatically (no upgrading or anything necessary).
