Hi. Was just about to finally buy a VBulletin when i noticed i couldn't see anything on using PayPal.

Can i somehow pay with PayPal for a Vbulletin?

Yes, we accept PayPal payments both out of PayPal funds or by transfer out of Bank account attached to PayPal.

So it should have went through immediatly right. Well it is showing up in my paypal as going to Jelsoft but I have no username or password to access the members section.

Check your PayPal email account for your login information. Your information should have been sent there.

I can't get into the members area at all this is not good.

What is the status of the PayPal payment? Is it Completed or Cleared? If it is, try checking your email's spam box.

Paypal usually takes just a few minutes unless it is an eCheck which can take between 3-5 working days to clear.

If you think the payment should have cleared, email support@vbulletin.com and let us know your name, the email address used on the order and the order ID so we can locate the order and check the status.
