I'm trying to buy this software but where'd the PayPal option go?

Its there...

just go through all the options, fill out the info with who you are, your address, etc, click next and it brings you to the screen where you can choose paypal, worldpay etc

It's now one step further in, we need to take into account VAT details.

No, it's still the same step (number wise). Step 3 is just more involved. :)

Ohh... it says "fill out form to pay by credit card" or something like that.

I'll fill it out then ;)

I did a test order a little while ago and agree that that part was a bit confusing. At first it sounded to me like you only had to fill that out if you were ordering by credit card. We need to clarify the language a bit.
