[fixed] Email BBCode Parsing Error.

Now other way to say this but the parsing of the email BBCode in RC3 is whacked.

I have temporarily reverted to the previous version of functions.php to resolve this and have tested this here and in the beta board.

Fixed. The problem wasn't in RC3 (just recent in between versions).
