[fixed] Users can edit their profile even if they are banned

Hi,
since I can't post in the bug forum, I post it here.
I've set in my banned user group so user can't modify their profil.

Yet, I have a user banned that modified his signature.
I don't know if he can modify other options, but its already a big problem.

I thought that with the option set so user can't modify their profil in their user group, they could not even enter their profile ??

Just change their user settings so they can't even view the board at all and there you go.

In the Admin Control Panel, click on User Groups and Permissions. From there, edit the appropriate user group accordingly.
