too many posts with "post your forum" "nominate your forum" yet noone is really giving any honest feedback.. or negative to that matter.. this is all I ask... before posting your site mention THREE things negative or positive about the posted above. if you posted yours, then reply to another post, make sure to post your link again for the person who replies after you.. and so on and so on...

In a way I kinda agree with you, many people just post there sites and don't point out good or bad things about other sites. So I'm assuming people look at them and think of the goods and bads but don't post it.

That thread is just to give your site a bit of exposure. It isn't for getting a critique. It is serving its purpose. It is also one of the longest running threads on this forum I beleive. It is good that it isn't sluttered with idle chit chat.
If you want input on your site go to http://vbulletin.org or http://theadminzone.com.

I would much rather see a link, then see someone's thoughts on it prior to visiting, it would only seem logical to me that THAT would create more exposure and thereby serve its purpose. And popularity is not always judged by length nor quanity, but quality.. and all I see is pages and pages of links that I could honestly care less about clicking on because noone does the same. So your thoughts and links are grateful, but greatly uneeded.
