What exactly is:
Forumbit_level1_nopost
Forumbit_level1_post
Forumbit_level2_nopost
Forumbit_level2_nopost
What does each one of those do?

Forumbit_level1_nopost -> Level 1 category or forum with no posts allowed
Forumbit_level1_post -> Level 1 category or forum with posts allowed
Same for the next two except these are level 2 (or child) categories or forums.

For example, in this vBulletin forum:
vBulletin Announcements and Discussions (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=30)
vBulletin 3.6 (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=115)
vBulletin 3.5 (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=100) These forums are only for issues with the current 3.5. For 3.0 support, use the 3.0 forums (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=54).
Customizing vBulletin (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=26)
etc. are the categories, inside each there are forums & sub-forums.
