prob importing from phpbb forum

i just got vb license, i installed the script, and also install impex to import from my previous phpbb froum, i found that all the fourms and threads inside are messed in each other.
means thread belongs to forum id 1 are found in forumid 4 and so on

Have you run the update counters to work and clear it up? Forumids might not match up from what you have in phpBB if you deleted forums in the past.

thanx for the reply,
i move the threads mannually, and then after its ask me to update counter, i did that then after its running fine, now the problem is all users are showing as "site admin". I check that in users option and alter it from imported user to registered user still its showing "site admin" to all users along with their actual rank(junior member, new member,etc)
