MySQL error during test import

Target: Clean 3.5.2
Source: Restored database from IPB 1.3

After I installed ImpEx, I clicked Import in the AdminCP and received this MySQL error:
ImpEx Database errormysql error: Link-ID == false, connect failed

mysql error:

mysql error number: 0

Also, I have re-checked the impex config.php file, and all the settings are correct, or at least I believe they are.

This means the source or target db info in your ImpExConfig.php file is wrong. Fix this info and try again.
