Support needed!

Hey, Im installing my forums into /forums on Leetplans.net
Ive changed config.php to:

// ****** DATABASE NAME ******
// This is the name of the database where your vBulletin will be located.
// This must be created by your webhost.
$config['Database']['dbname'] = 'host12_forum ';

but when i try to intall it, It just refreshes page.. Can someone help me?

To get vB support on these forums you first need to be a licensed customer and register for Priority Forum Support. To do this, please go here:

http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php

...and enter your email address in one of the boxes. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access the page.

Once you've done this, please post in the appropriate support forum for your version.

If you need to, you can use the lost password link to have your customer number and password sent to you:

I dont have access to the email anymore, Can someone just please help me.. I would really appreate getting my forums up..
