The site looks a bit like a copy of godaddy.com

I also don't like that they don't have a support forum...

I checked out godaddy and that is a bit wierd...Is this a scam site perhaps?
I know this question strays off topic, but what is the general ratio of bandwidth to hits?..Like how many hits can you get per kb.

I guess it depends what kind of content you have on your site. If you have a lot of images etc I would imagine that your bandwidth usage per hit would rise in relation to the amount you have on your site.
