Are you allowed to run a second board that can be viewed by the public to display skins you might create as a demo board only, That cannot be joined and is closed to registration and just there to act as a skin demo board only.
Or do you need a second licence

I would say you'd need a second license.
From the License Agreement (http://www.vbulletin.com/order/license_agreement.php)
"If you have a valid licence, you may set up an additional test forum in order to test code, template and database modifications. To make this clear to us and our licence verification procedures, place it in a directory called 'testvb' and be sure to password protect it. It must not be accessible by the general public."

Why wouldnt you just use your main board as the skin demo board? Its not like it would hurt anything, or effect normal operations any way what so ever.

I would agree, unless your creating them. Then I'd have a private password protected area test it there and once its good to show post it on the main board.

Yeah, I aready now I can password a board as a test board for private testing. I was just curious if you could use it though if registration wasn't allowed and it wasn't used as a board for getting members if it could be shown public.
I thought it could'nt but just thought I'd ask anyway.
