[Fixed] Problem with moved threads and attachments

I noticed this earlier today in the code hacking forum. There were two moved threads that had the paperclip in front of the word "Moved". Curious, I looked at the threads and neither had any attachments. I took a look back and found that the paperclip's alt text said "X attachments" where X was the number of attachments on the thread directly above it, which had not been moved.

so where is the fix? i mean the code. rc3 doesn't seem to have incorporated it
