Help!! Imported users and gorups only

Even though the import screen says it imported all Users, Usersgroups, Forums, Threads, and Posts

When I go to the forums homepage, I can see Users and User Groups

but

There are no forums, threads or posts.

In the forum manager there are no forums except the standard fresh install "Main Catagory" and "Main Forum"
