Finding help for Impex

I NEED to find someone who can install the IMPEX for me.

I have no idea what I've done... All I know is that it has not worked.

I asked my host server for help and they refer me back to vBulletin for assistance.


I am pretty frustrated as you can imagine.

I either need someone to do it for me or I need my hand held all the way through the install process.
