After the test import

I have successfully done a test import from my old DCForum+ 1.27 to vBulletin 3.5.2. I have yet to do the customisation I want, when I find out how to, which includes different ad banners on different forums.

Do I need to remove the imported data (drop the database) and to a re install of vBulletin, or can I leave the data there and re import the latest data when I close my live forum to overwrite the earlier data.

Now you have the experience of importing, I would suggest, re-installing vBulletin to get a clean database, then customise the site as you wish, then import as the last stage to get the most up to date source database.
