I am starting a new site for people from India who're residing in Hong Kong (roughly 60K people).
Any suggestions on the design and colors?
So far the feedback from a very select group of friends has been positive, except for the yellow color which people feel is overused.
The site is on http://www.hkindians.com
Cheers,

Not bad.
But on a side question, why would east indians want to live in China?? It's over populated anyways..

Ya, but Hong Kong is different. It is much more modernized than most other places in China since it's been ruled by the British before 1997. It is a great place, I think everyone should go visit there sometime! ^_^
BTW, I think the site layout is fine! Like snyx said, you might want to customize the vB icons to match the color scheme.

Thanks guys for the comments.
Fred, lots of Indians have moved here to Hong Kong over the last 100 years.
The Indians initially moved here to trade with the Brits and immigrated as far as Shanghai about a 100 years ago (blame the East India company for it).
The second wave of immigration was during the seperation of India / Pakistan. Many people lost homes / their fortunes and came to HK to start a new life...
The third wave has been over the last decade, with most of the arrivals being finance and IT professionals ..
To cut a long story short .. TONS of Indians in HK, which should not be confused with China :)
