Hi,

What's two difference between this forum support and support ticket in member's area?

I have an owned license, expired in next 2 months. Can I do both supports as I said above?

Owned licenses are still eligible for support here and with support tickets during and after their active download period.

The difference between the two supports, is that support done via tickets are given priority over those here in the forums. Here in the forums, usually you get a mixture of both direct support from Jelsoft staff as well as customer support. With support tickets, it's handled individually by a Jelsoft associate :).
