Using RC3. Have not tested for this bug in earier versions.
In a forum where i.e. the group 'Unregistered / Not Logged In' have ONLY the 'Can view board: Yes' (no other access rights), members of that group can still see threads that are 'Sticky'.
Making thread nonsticky, will hide it again. I see no reason to exempt Sticky threads from the access settings, so I'm guessing this is a bug :D.
Why do I give them 'Can view board: Yes'? Because setting this to 'no' will hide the existence of the forum, which I do not want. I only want to hide the contents.
I also noticed that Announcements made to the same forum are visible to those who should not be able to see it. That is: they have only the 'Can view board: Yes'.

PS! vB is awsome! Kudos to the Dev-team!
