Well, normally vBulletin support isn't slow, but given limited staff due to the holidays things apparently slowed down a bit (and therefore, they get a slight backup of support tickets).

You did make sure you followed these instructions to post in the support forums, right? http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=141661 Might need to wait maybe an hour or less. If it doesn't work, then sending an email to suppor would work.

Other than that, don't know what else to say (though I'm sure some vBulletin staff will come and assist you better).
