Forgive any missunderstanding of terminology; but what styles/templates/skins come packaged with the main install of vB? Are there any other than the default?

Are there more available for download (after purchase) for free from your site?

You only get the vBulletin default skin, but with your license, if you register over at www.vbulletin.org it allows you to download more free styles when you have your license.
