Best software to let users build their own blogs?

Hi we're now looking for an online community solution that would let users build their own blogs... no work arounds here.

Can anyone please tell us what software is best? Thanks!

Afaik there is a plugin for vbulletin @ vb.org, vbdrupal which lets you build blogs.

vBJournal is a very good article proggie. In some ways better than some blogs.

But if you want a blog for the frontpage, we're all waiting on Jelsoft to make one. :D
