Well I finally got to where I can get into my server and it is a dedicated server, Im trying to change the php.ini file so I can upload bigger files but it keeps telling me I cannot how do I change the prop. so that I can edit it?

you need to log into ssh telnet as root user and edit the file...

ALWAYS back up the php.ini file before you edit it incase
