Convert from yabb2.1?

I'm looking for some professional SW and have a forum using yabb 2.1
Can I convert from yabb to V.Bulletin? I have sql

Currently only yabb se 1.5.5 is supported by Impex (the VB importer program). However, you can contact Jerry (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/member.php?u=24628) to see if he can make something up for 2.1 once you have a license.
